Shipping policy

How do we Ship?
1) We ship domestically with USPS Mail covering all 50 states, US Territories and Puerto Rico. We ship to any and all PO Boxes, and APO or FPO addresses. Any shipping questions please ask but most likely the answer is YES, we ship there! :)

2) We currently do not ship internationally.  We are focused on the US market and plan to expand to the international market soon!

Expected Shipping times -

If you are located within the US - once the order is shipped, it generally takes 2-5 business days to arrive with USPS shipping. You will receive a tracking number when the item is shipped. For U.S territories it may take a bit longer.  

If your order is taking a long time to ship please check your Email messages as you may have received a message regarding your order or to clarify your shipping address. If we ask to clarify your address this will may allow extra time for the package to be delivered. Please check your messages before contacting us.

Please contact us first if you have a tracking number and shipping is taking longer than expected. We will promptly answer your question and if needed look into any shipping delays.


I Tracked My Package & It Shows Delivered But I Never Received It, What Should I Do?
1) Our packages are shipped with USPS and do not automatically ship with insurance. If your package shows delivered but you did not receive it please contact the shipping company responsible for delivery immediately to file a claim. Since we are not the ones actually delivering the order we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. We will not reship or refund lost, stolen, or misplaced orders unless you have purchased insurance for your package. Please order with caution -- if you wish to add insurance to your order please contact us for a quote.

I tracked my package and it shows Returned to Sender, What Should I do?
1) Please make sure your shipping address is current, up to date, and accurate. We are not responsible for the package until it is returned to us and we will not issue a refund or send a replacement in the meantime. We will only re-ship the first package if and when it has been returned to us, and after you have supplied us with a new or updated address, and have paid for a new shipping label.
